Gentle Yoga Meets Sound Journey - with the Cougars
Saturday, September 17, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

A Sound Journey, or Sound Therapy, increases your vibrational frequency and deepens your yoga/
meditation practice. During this experience, Sue and Chrissy will blend the complimentary healing aspects of a Sound Journey with a gentle yoga practice.
While Sue leads you through a chakra meditation and gentle yoga class, Chrissy will play chakra crystal bowls and a variety of other instruments.
Your physical practice combined with a Sound Journey will serve to clear, cleanse and balance all the energetic centers of your body, and clear and balance your mind. This experience will leave you feeling deeply rested and renewed.
$50.00 per person. This event is geared towards ages 18+, though participants aged 16-17 are invited to attend with a paid adult.
Class will be from 9-10am. Please plan to arrive between 8:15-8:30am. Late arrivals after 8:45am will be denied entry in order for the class to have time to walk to Cougar Crossing and start on time.
Bobcat Enrichment Saturday
Saturday, September 17, 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
This event allows the public to see some of the special work that often goes on behind-the-scenes at Oatland. This is an opportunity to witness how the Animal Care Staff provides special treats and activities to help hone the animals’ natural behaviors. Adults and children will participate in creating enrichment material for our resident bobcats and will watch the bobcats experience their special creations.
$20.00 per person, for all ages. All attendees must have a ticket.
All participants must be at least 4 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by a paid adult.
