It is time for the State of the FOO Address!
All current members of Friends of Oatland Island are invited to come to Oatland Island Wildlife Center on Monday, February 10th to hear about what we FOO accomplished in 2019, what our upcoming vision for 2020 looks like and we are always looking for new members and insight for our Board of Directors and committee volunteers to support our Mission.
As a working Board, we spend hours in between our monthly meeting volunteering on strategic projects both physical and fiscal. We are very much a team of animal lovers that thrive on helping the Oatland Island Wildlife Centers animal residents and staff achieve goals, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for all - including visitors. With the nearest public zoo hundreds of miles away, Oatland Island Wildlife Center is an educational gem for the Coastal Empire.
Help us continue to support the staff and animals, by considering a term on our Board, volunteering, or simply making a donation. Every little bit counts.
Our annual meeting will begin promptly at 6 p.m.
